S3plus

S3plus Automatic Servo Screen Wheel is designed to print tubes, bottle caps, jars and other cylindrical products.

Including four sets of independent printing stations and four sets of UV curing systems, products will be printed after one cycle rotation on the machine, with maximum running speed up to 80pcs/min.

Print heads and screen arms are driven by servo motor and controlled by motion control system, integrated with automatic lifting and printing functions.

Also included touch monitor interface, PLC (motion control), automatic feeding and unloading system, surface treatment, “no-part-no-print” sensor.

Depends on custom requirements, S3plus printing stations can also be replaced with other decorating unit such as hot stamping, lacquering, digital printing, camera inspection system, etc.
